In the digital age, signing up for online services and platforms has become a common practice. However, sometimes we may inadvertently register for the wrong platform or network, causing confusion and inconvenience. If you've unintentionally signed up for a ZOHO Connect Portal that is not our designated "Suprajit Internal Portal," don't worry. This article will guide you through the steps to close such a mistakenly created account and ensure a smooth transition to the correct portal.
Steps to Close the Mistakenly Created Account:
Sign in to Your Zoho Account:
Start by logging in to your Zoho account at accounts.zoho.in. This is the first step to gain access to your account settings.
Access Account Settings:
After signing in, navigate to the "Settings" option, typically found in the left-hand menu. Click on it to proceed.
Locate the "Close Account" Section:
Within the account settings, scroll down until you find the "Close Account" section. This is where you'll initiate the process to close your account.
Initiate Closure:
Click on the "Close Account" button within this section to begin the account closure process.
Select a Reason for Closure:
You'll be prompted to specify a reason for closing your account. Choose an appropriate reason from the provided options.
Confirm Closure:
After selecting a reason, click on "Close Account" once more to confirm your decision.
Alternate Option for Assistance:
If, for any reason, you encounter difficulties while following the above steps, we are here to help. Please reach out to the ZOHO support team via email at
support@zohoaccounts.com. In your email, kindly explain the situation and request assistance for the deletion of the mistakenly created account.
