How to Sign Up into Support Portal?

Creating an account in your support portal

  1. A new user can create an account by clicking Sign up in the upper-right corner of the helpdesk:



  1. Now it will open the Sign up form as shown in below. The Signup form will collect the your name and official email address. You may need to enter the captcha to prevent spam entries.

  1. After Submitting Details on Sign Up Form, you will be receive Help Desk Invite email from Systems@suprajit.com Click on "ACCEPT THE INVITATION"
If this link is not opened in Chrome or Microsoft Edge by default, then Kindly Copy this 'Accept the Invitation" URL and Open in Chrome or Microsoft Browser Only.



  1. Once you Click on "ACCEPT THE INVITATION", it will take you to the browser and will ask you to set a Password for your account. Whatever you will set the password here, that will be your Login Password for the Help Desk Portal.

  1. Once you hit the Register Button, you will now able to access your profile on Help Desk Support portal.



  1. From next time you can use the Email and Password to get in Access to the Portal
  2. If you forget the Password and wanted to reset it, please see "How to Reset the the Password?" Article.
