1️⃣ Open the above link or scan the QR code
2️⃣ From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate request type you previously submitted
📌 (Refer to the screenshot for dropdown options – same as used while submitting)
3️⃣ Once selected, the system will show you:
📍 Current status of your request
👤 With whom it is currently pending (HOD, IT, etc.)
📅 Timestamp of each step in the approval and action flow
📎 Notes:
🔸 You can use this same link any time to check the live status of your past requests.
🔸 If your request is pending for long, please follow up with the person it is awaiting action from (visible in status view).
