Suprajit standardized Email Signature in Thunderbird email application

Your email signature will be sent as text and an html attachment that can be used on your mail client.

Just follow the below simple steps to set your email signature.


1) Open below link for mandatory corporate information 



2). Fill the form of Email signature Template in shown page.




Once you filled your desired official information, you will receive an instant email from Mr. Mahesh Hotgar <mahesh.hotgar@suprajit.com> with subject- "{Your name } Here's your Suprajit email signature! "

3) Open attached notepad, copy it all as it is. (html draft)



4) Open your Thunderbird Email Application Right click on email id => go to settings


 

5) In the signature panel option check the "use HTML box" and paste the attached copied draft. And click on OK for close the dialog box.





You have successfully set your email signature.
