In this article I will show you how to download all these frequently demanded forms, from our Suprajit portal. Just follow the simple steps and get your claim form easily.

1) Open Internet browser type https://www.peopleworks.ind.in/ and login with your credentials.

 















2) On the home page My company tab you will get form details subtab. Click on that Form Details. 



3) By click on that, result shows you all form details. Just download it and fill your requirements.
